<p>Sleep deprivation is known to impair memory and may cause other health problems.</p>
<p>On the other hand, dreaming has long been credited for creative thinking, from Kekule’s famed discovery of the ring structure of the chemical benzene to Paul McCartney’s song &#034;Yesterday.&#034;</p>
<p>So, if you feel like you need a nap in the middle of the day, go ahead (if you won&#039;t get in trouble with a boss).</p>
