AdWords Lawsuit

AdWords advertisers have received notification of Preliminary Settlement for invalid clicks. This notification is for all advertisers who purchased online advertising from Google between January 1, 2002 to the present, which I know includes many of our clients, including yours truly.

Nicole Wong, Associate General Counsel of Google, announced: “On May 19 and 20, 2006 (PST), a settlement administration firm sent an email notification from ‘clicksettlement@xmr3.com’. The subject of the email is 'Important Legal Notice Regarding Your Google AdWords Account' to all advertisers who purchased online advertising from Google between January 1, 2002 and the present”.
